　　生物质气（biosyngas）是以农作物秸秆、林木废弃物、食用菌渣、禽畜粪便、污水污泥等含有生物质体的物质为原料，在高温下，生物质体热解或者气化分解产生的一种可燃性气体。生物质气中含氢15.27%、氧3.12%、氮56.22%、甲烷1.57%、一氧化碳9.76%、二氧化碳13.75%、乙烯0.10%、乙烷0.13%、丙烷0.03%、丙烯0.05%。

　　Biomass gas is a combustible gas produced by the pyrolysis or gasification of biomass at high temperatures, using materials containing biomass such as crop straw, forest waste, edible mushroom residue, livestock manure, and sewage sludge as raw materials. Biomass gas contains 15.27% hydrogen, 3.12% oxygen, 56.22% nitrogen, 1.57% methane, 9.76% carbon monoxide, 13.75% carbon dioxide, 0.10% ethylene, 0.13% ethane, 0.03% propane, and 0.05% propylene.

　　生物质气化发电技术是指生物质在气化炉中转化为气体燃料，经净化后直接进入燃气机中燃烧做功驱动发电机发电。生物质气化出来的燃气都含有一定的杂质，包括灰分、焦炭和焦油等，需经过净化系统把杂质除去，以保证发电设备的正常运行。

　　Biomass gasification power generation technology refers to the conversion of biomass into gas fuel in a gasifier, which is purified and directly enters a gas engine for combustion and power generation to drive a generator. The gas produced by biomass gasification contains certain impurities, including ash, coke, tar, etc., which need to be removed by a purification system to ensure the normal operation of power generation equipment.

　　可根据客户实际需要配置单套机组功率涵盖100KW-800kw的生物质气发电机组。对于装机容量在1MW以上的项目，我们建议客户使用多台500KW的机组并机并网，综合性价比最高。电站运行也更加稳定，维护保养方便，且维护成本低。

　　According to the actual needs of customers, a single set of biomass gas generator units with a power range of 100KW-800kw can be configured. For projects with an installed capacity of over 1MW, we recommend that customers use multiple 500KW units connected to the grid in parallel for the highest overall cost-effectiveness. The operation of the power station is also more stable, with convenient maintenance and low maintenance costs.

　　生物质气化发电系统分成五部分：1、气化炉；2、气体净化系统；3、出碳系统；4、发电系统；5、设备控制系统。原理为原料在气化炉里高温厌氧燃烧产生可燃气体（气体热值大于1000Kcal），可燃气经过旋风分离器，湿式净化设备（部分地区用干式净化系统），气液分离设备，静电捕焦器等将气体净化降温，使气体温度低于40℃，然后进入气体发电机组发电，气化后的稻壳炭可通过碳粉收集装置回收。整套设备无需人工手动，通过控制室操控进料，排料全过程，并且对温度，压力，气体成分实时监控，定点记录。

　　The biomass gasification power generation system is divided into five parts: 1. Gasification furnace; 2. Gas purification system; 3. Carbon removal system; 4. Power generation system; 5. Equipment control system. The principle is that raw materials are anaerobically burned at high temperatures in a gasifier to produce combustible gases (with a gas calorific value greater than 1000Kcal). The combustible gases are purified and cooled by cyclone separators, wet purification equipment (some areas use dry purification systems), gas-liquid separation equipment, electrostatic precipitators, etc., so that the gas temperature is below 40 ℃. Then they enter the gas generator set for power generation. The gasified rice husk charcoal can be recovered through a carbon powder collection device. The entire equipment does not require manual operation, and the entire process of feeding and discharging is controlled through the control room. It also monitors temperature, pressure, and gas composition in real-time and records them at designated locations.
