焦化气发电机组的通风设计是确保发电机正常运行、延长设备使用寿命以及保障机房环境安全的关键环节。合理的通风系统不仅能为发电机提供充足的新鲜空气,满足其燃烧和散热需求,还能有效排出废气、降低机房温度与湿度,减少噪音传播,营造良好的运行环境。
The ventilation design of coking gas generator set is a key link to ensure the normal operation of the generator, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure the safety of the machine room environment. The exhaust outlet should be located at a high place in the computer room to facilitate the discharge of hot air and exhaust gas. The area of the exhaust outlet is calculated based on the ventilation volume and exhaust wind speed, and the exhaust wind speed is usually around 4-6m/s. At the same time, protective nets should be installed at the air inlet and outlet to prevent foreign objects from entering the computer room.
通风方式可采用自然通风与机械通风相结合。在环境条件允许的情况下,优先利用自然通风,如设置足够面积的通风窗、通风百叶等,借助自然风压和热压实现空气的流通。但当自然通风无法满足要求时,需配备机械通风设备,如轴流风机、离心风机等。机械通风系统应具备自动控制功能,根据机房内的温度、湿度等参数自动调节风机的启停与转速,实现智能化通风管理。
